		<description><![CDATA[Americans play right into this.  We agree to vote for someone because the opponent is not worthy.  These politicians can make their plain interests known and not care who knows it because they know they don&#039;t need to be qualified for the job.  They only need to make sure you think their opponent isn&#039;t qualified for the job.  If we start voting for the new candidate all of the time, then the incumbents will have to start telling us why they have done their job and deserve another term.]]></description>
