What if the Morell couple tried numerous attempts to get pregnant, even by in vitro, but to no avail.  Perhaps they could not afford a surrogate, so the doctor, knowing that the Savage&#039;s already had a good family and that Mrs Savage had a &quot;hospitable womb&quot; made the mistake on purpose.
