I was a guest over the weekend on The John McDonald Show on Newsradio WGAN 560 (Maine), thanks to the invitation of Arthur King, who was hosting the program. It went well, I thought, and the podcast can be found here.

Excellent to hear you, Jack.
I especially enjoyed the discussion about the Internet’s role in personal perspective and exposure (and the need for professional ethicists). The explosive accessibility to information occurred right around the time my sons were born. Now that they’re young men having grown up in the information age, THE generational difference between them and me is exactly what you spoke of: They’re distrustful because they’ve had so much exposure to story after story (with varying degrees of truth) about deceptions, ethical slips and legal transgressions of people and institutions who, in my generation, would have been role models. Ignorance was bliss.
Thanks for sharing the link. I enjoyed listening.
By the way, you have recently gained the admiration of one of my sons.
