  1. How can judges and prosecutors claim the defendants political ideas regarding elections are a danger. Elevating the severity of a given offense and prosecuting and punishing offenders based on political ideas for one but not all seems to violate the 1st and 14th amendments.
    It seems to me that political ideas are at the heart of every example of riots.

    • Apparently all political ideas are equal, but some are more equal than others. During the Cold War federal judges used to routinely let vandalizing so-called peace activists off the hook. But the idiots from January 6th, nope.
