You Can Make Your Own Decision, But I Won’t Be Patronizing Best Buy From Now On…

A whistleblower revealed the above screen shot of an internal Best Buy company memo regarding “management leadership academy programs” with the O’Keefe Media Group. The programs are a partnership between Best Buy and global management consultant McKinsey & Company, and, as you can see in the third bullet point under “Candidates must meet the requirements below,” white employees need not apply.

That’s illegal and racially discriminatory, or course, But to be fair, this is “good racism” in Woke World.

The Best Buy recipients of the memo were told that the programs would provide them with “critical skills that will enhance their leadership through a mini-MBA style curriculum.” But if you’re the wrong color, tough: Best Buy says “Nyah nyah nyah! Sorry not sorry!” After all, Best Buy said, the leadership programs would help “establish a diverse workforce.” It’s the hallowed DEI! Racial discrimination against those horrible white people is completely necessary and justified, or so progressives and the Democratic Party now insist. And that annoying Constitution thingy….well, just be patient. They have plans for that.

Oh…so far, according to a website that purports to track such things, no mainstream media outlet traffics in progressive propaganda—you know, like 95% of it—has deemed this development worthy of coverage. Eight conservative sources have.

Nah, there’s no mainstream media bias!

  1. Key word “identify as” – so perhaps they want those who are “white” to at least identify as the others? Not as White? So then it’s open to all who are really identifying as something they should be since being White is the new “black.”

    How crazy, no matter what.

This is what happens when fear takes over and we try to legislate some form of “Morality.”

What is odd to me is the very people who pushed back when it was the “Moral Majority” trying to do this type of stuff (legislating their morals) are the ones who are championing these things, and have no issue with the discrimination they promote.

    Humans are truly fascinating!

  2. If, under their rules, I can chose my gender identity, an immutable biological truth, surely I can choose my race, which is less solidly based, on order to attend their course. This only applies, of course if logical consistency is in force.

  3. Well, the media needs to be careful. After the Trump years, the press risks being sent to prison or at least. being raided. Your lawyers also will have their offices raided, their files seized and leaked to the press with no repercussions for them. When you look at the raid on O’Keefe for the Ashley Biden diary, you can see the danger. In this environment, no one is safe if they make the political powers-that-be mad.

Just like O’Keefe, they are raiding news organizations for what the news might publish in the future. It is safer just to only publish what the government has approved.

  4. Lately I have found that medical intake forms ask for responses regarding “Gender”, “Ethnicity”, and “Race”. I cross out all the responses. Let them figure out who I am.

  5. Here’s a hot take: Best Buy and the other associated parties are demonstrating full-on white supremacy with this program. Why?

Well, evidently they think that only the inferior non-whites are in need of this training while the superior whites are already pretty awesome in the areas of leadership and management and don’t need to be trained.

    Think about it.
