Michelle Obama‘s latest nonsense was too stupid for an “unethical quote” award and she’s never been elected to anything, so the “Incompetent Elected Official” designation is also beyond her grasp. If “Most Over-rated, Arrogant, Narcissistic First Lady in U.S. History” title was the prize, Michelle would lap the competition.
Here’s her whole, nauseating quote in response to actress Tracee Ellis Ross (Diana’s daughter) on whether there has been enough “room” created for a woman President, whatever the hell that means:
“As we saw in this past election, sadly, we ain’t ready. That’s why I’m like, don’t even look at me about running ‘cause you all are lying. You’re not ready for a woman. We got a lot of growing up to do and there’s still … a lot of men who do not feel like they can be led by a woman and we saw it.”
What? Who admires this woman, and how do they justify it? To begin with, Hillary Clinton, a woman last I checked, won the popular vote in the 2016 election, meaning that our bigoted, juvenile population still voted for a female President despite her running one of the most inept and offensive campaigns in U.S. Presidential history…until the next woman ran. You can see that one with full babbling cretinism flying in the video above, where Kamala gloats about her “three dimensional chess” brilliant strategy that lost.
It isn’t that the U.S. isn’t ready for a female President: it isn’t ready for a phony, blithering, incompetent female President. Kamala lost by less than 2 percentage points despite being unable to put together a coherent argument, getting an unearned nomination, picking a complete boob as her running mate, and praising the record of the even bigger boob who picked her as VP, and who was the Worst President Ever.
“Harris lost because of sexism” is a despicable, dishonest and insulting excuse for her party’s defeat, and the fact that Michelle Obama would stoop to it gives us one more, like, incompetent and untrustworthy, like, female not to vote for as, like, President.
What an asshole.
There are plenty of women we’d be happy to have as president.
But not the two who actually made it onto the ballot. If she were somehow to be on the ballot in 2028, I believe we’d be just as not ready for Harris as we were last year.
But not even the Democrats would be that stupid, would they?
This is an easy way out for her.
I am not going to run because you are not good enough for me to be elected.
But, then, wasn’t she surprised when we proved that we were not too racist to elect her husband twice?
Arguably, the only reason she COULD get elected is that enough Americans are racist and sexist enough to vote for her.

I’m not sure the fact her husband won twice registers with her. She doesn’t like him, to the point she’s most often contemptuous of him. Theirs is a very strange, very contentious relationship. And I’m not at all sure why. I wonder at times whether she doesn’t look down on him as not being sufficiently and authentically black.
Based on personal experience (in show business particularly) their relationship increasingly reminds me of other repressed gay man/dominating masculine woman married couples I have known
A lot going on.
Understatement.
Old Bill, I was alluding, poorly perhaps, to this line during Obama’s first run:
“For the first time in my adult life, I am really proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback,”
-Jut
Yes, of course, Jut. But over the twenty or so years since then, she’s morphed into an unaccountably angry presence. I’m not sure why she’s so bitter or what she has to complain about. And she seems to be unhappy about almost everything. There’s some kind of burr under her saddle.
“And she seems to be unhappy about almost everything.”
No disagreement, there.
IMO, what she’s most unhappy about is that people like you don’t adequately appreciate her self-anointed brilliance.

In 2024 I wondered why Michele Obama did not throw her hat in the ring and run for President. I think she might have had a shot, given the fact that Kamala Harris who is much less popular than Michele Obama came within two percentage points of winning. As it stands now, that chance has passed now forever.
In my life, there have been four women on the the President/VP ticket.
Geraldine Ferraro
Sarah Palin
Hillary Clinton
Kamala Harris
That is not a lineup of hand-picked champions, destined to win it all year after year. Michelle Obama manages to simultaneously harness the speaking skills of a Neanderthal and be completely wrong in her assessment. The U.S. is ready for a female President (as our host highlighted, a majority of voters selected one in 2016, even though a majority of electors did not). The U.S. is NOT ready for a female President that would struggle to be a starter on the Bad News Bears.
POTUS female options… Condi Rice or Joni Ernst perhaps. Michelle could’ve won in 2024, if she runs in the future she might win. Hillary had Benghazi on her plus the email scandal and all the sex abuse. Harris was flat out unlikeable and can’t string three thoughts together. Of course, Michelle single-handedly ruined the school lunches for GenZ
I have absolutely no doubt that if Republicans could find a Margaret Thatcher clone she would get universal support in the party. I kept hoping that Condi Rice would run, but she may just be too nice for that game.
She falls into my category “Once an Asshole, alwasy an asshole!”
