It’s always useful to have rock bottom standards against which all other similar incidents can be compared, so we all owe Tamah Jada Clark a debt of gratitude.
Police in Camilla, Georgia, had arrested her after a September 2010 “suspicious vehicle” stop turned up loaded AK-47 rifles and a .45-caliber pistol in her trunk, apparently intended tools for a foiled plot to break her son’s father, Jason Clark, out of prison, where he has been sentenced to stay for the next 30 years. Police had intercepted incriminating phone calls. Along with some other novel defenses, Clark argued that she was unlawfully arrested because she legally owned the weapons and was not in the same city as the jail where Jason Clark was held, although she was stopped in a nearby town.
She submitted a nine page filing to the court titled, “F*ck this court and everything it stands for.”

Outrageous. On the good side, it was sensitive of Clark to use the polite, acceptable version of “fuck.”

Although less articulate and more profane than any of the “sovereign citizen” types I have personally dealt with, her ideology as displayed in her filings betrays essentially the same delusional thinking and fictional understanding of history and the law that is common to these folks. The judge and other Gwinnett County officials she sued have probably had a good laugh over it. The “LOL” doesn’t surprise me; I expected the piece would relate to how some young lawyer had made this gaffe.
Par for the course for delusional pro ses. I’ve crossed swords with one, but he didn’t do so well against me when he found I wouldn’t allow him to interrupt me every 45 seconds, I would just talk louder.

This whole thing is just insane. Highly entertaining. I thought the self-censorship was particularly nice, especially since she had no problem calling the judge “impotent” (bold, all caps, underlined…) and telling him to “die.” But spelling out the word “fuck?” No, no, that’s a step too far! Fantastic.
I’m only a Messenger, trying to help awaken the People to the Truth of the rampant fraud and corruption that has befallen the Country. The Founding Fathers never intended for the Nation to be in its current state of utter stupor. There was, believe it or not, once a time when the average American had considerable knowledge of both law and civics–as both of these subject areas were (and still are) integral to being a responsible citizen/American. Sadly, though, 99.9% of the population has put down the Founding Charters and picked up iPhones and other devices that serve as useless distractions. As a result, the Country as a whole is paying for the very low civic i.q. of the People. I mean, why do you think it is that the Federal Government continues to slowly but surely encroach upon American rights and freedoms, such as privacy? As neglect of civic duty and understanding increases, so does governmental infringement upon unalienable rights that are to be secured by the Bill of Rights in state constitutions and secure from encroachment by the Fed. Gov per the Bill of Rights in the Fed. Con (Articles of Amendment I-X). I find it funny that so many people on these internet blogs and other “news outlets” take the time to try to criticise me for my words in (only one of TWO) federal lawsuits, in which I was the PLAINTIFF (not the Defendant), yet just about NO ONE is doing what it is that they’re supposed to be doing. Did the Founding Fathers not instruct ALL Americans to keep a watchful eye upon state and Federal governments in order to safeguard the rights of the People? Is it not ALL of our responsibility to be independently studying up on the ways of our Forefathers? Do you know how much LESS-educated and LESS-intelligent the average American is these days in comparison with their earlier American counterparts? Shamefully less! That’s how much. There can be NO DOUBT in anyone’s mind that “something” is not quite right about the present functioning of “The System”. CLEARLY, what takes place these days is by NO MEANS representative of the concepts of Liberty, Justice, or the other unalienable rights mentioned in the Country’s Founding Charters. But, rather than even consider the possibility that “hey, maybe this woman is who we’ve all been waiting for to come along and help save us from our own self-induced systemic servitude”, you all attempt to attack me? So TYPICAL of small-minded, IGNORANT subjects of mental and economic slavery…Laziness, greed, and cowardice have shamefully become “the American way”. This is no longer the land of the free or the home of the brave. What’s brave about bowing down to an overly-oppressive Fed.
