President Biden Wraps Up “The Lie Of The Year” Title In March

You can’t lie much more flagrantly than this.

Convinced that President Biden’s sinking polls are merely the result of poor “messaging” the White House has been on an “It isn’t what it is!” orgy, attempting to blame Russia’s invasion of Ukraine for all of Joe’s ills. In a particularly nauseating insult to the public’s intelligence, it called on TikTok “social media influencers” to carry a message to young and squishy brains that the “influencers” don’t independently understand themselves. That Ellie Zieler above, the 18-year-old who is one of the White House’s prize propagandists.

Yes, it has come to this.

The mainstream media has, predictably and disgracefully, published stories and “factchecks” about why Putin is at fault for inflation. The New York Times, for example, ran a piece headlined: “Republicans Wrongly Blame Biden for Rising Gas Prices.” But the current inflationary spiral began with the Democratic $2 trillion “rescue plan” pushed through Congress through at the start of 2021. Even liberal economists warned that the huge influx of money was irresponsible; former Obama administration economist Larry Summers said that the $2 trillion splurge could “set off inflationary pressures of a kind we have not seen in a generation.” He was right.

Here are four graphs that show how outrageous claims that the inflation is Putin’s fault are…

Res ipsa loquitur.

    • It’s all about the propaganda narrative.

The political left has shown its pattern of propaganda lies in their narratives so many times over the last 6+ years that it’s beyond me why anyone would blindly accept any narrative that the political left and their lapdog media actively push?

  1. The gas prices are not the only problem with eliminating fossil fuel production. Anhydrous ammonia, used to fertilize most grain and many row crops, has had a massive jump in price from $487 per ton in 2020, to $746 in 2021, to a record-breaking $1,492 per ton the first week of February this year. This fertilizer is produced using natural gas. Add the Ukraine war to the mix, and you have massive worldwide food shortages. Ukraine, which normally produces massive amounts of grain crops, is now a war zone instead of a farm.

Propaganda isn’t going to cover up food shortages and mass poverty. Biden should spend less time ordering TikTok starts to spew lies, and more time learning how the supply chain works. Screwing with one part of the supply chain starts a cascade of problems in other parts of the supply chain. Idiot politicians sticking their ignorant fingers in the supply chain and knocking over parts of it at random causes real world harm that cannot be erased by teenagers on TikTok. Today’s propaganda is tomorrow’s starvation.

    • It isn’t just the fertilizer and fuel, it’s also the chemical. Most are 3x higher and it’s a big IF you can get the supplies at any price.
There have been supply chain issues on items like blades for tillage equipment, tires, bearings, gear boxes, etc. the cost of new equipment has gone up too, IF you can get it. Farm equipment also uses chips and computer components, a lot of them. Now let’s move on to labor… our local truck drivers are quitting. Closing their business. It’s harder to haul the goods off farm. Reliable energy is pretty important. The power flickers off randomly and our equipment needs to be reset. We have to go turn things back on like fans and irrigation equipment. It’s hard on bin storage and irrigation components to have that happen causing more repair costs. If US farmers are having this many issues, how are other countries doing?
You can not find help. Our neighbors have H2 visa workers from… Ukraine.

Now onto the next issue. Land prices. They’ve also increased, a lot.

      Water… the cities want it.

Interest rates… that’s going to sting. Most farmers have millions in debt. Idk what will happen.

Market fluctuations: Have crop prices gone up? Yeah, but this isn’t harvest time. I don’t have a crop to sell today. I have a crop to sell after July. Should I sell what I don’t have in advance? Should I use the futures market and lose $.50 (this is per bushelx5000 bushel) or more off the top in fees today and not have that for operating expenses? Should I wait and see what happens? Some of the crops are not even in the ground for two more months.
If you want to see farm issues I suggest or agritalk if you’re feeling more college oriented agmanager has a lot of info.

Then we have the carbon issues, self inflicted by our government on top of it all they want farmers to “do something”, the hint is if you don’t, eventually the banks will not be loaning money. I have no idea how to accurately measure carbon sequestration. Do you? Who’s going to pay for it? I can’t afford more fees. 650 miles of new power lines are going to be cutting across nearly pristine untouched pasture and farmground with wind to follow (although I was told they won’t be doing that). Who gets to wait while the three pilot cars and semi drive past per blade? Who gets to deal with the cement trucks and wear and tear on the roads? While the cities say what a great thing it is, I
get to see devil lights flashing on the horizon where before I saw only natural light from stars. Make no mistake, this man made equipment is altering my environment irreversibly. There is no removing of that 100’ cement pillar that goes into the ground. I didn’t ask for them, I didn’t want them and I don’t even know if they will do anything, really or if it’s better than fossil fuels at the end of the day to have millions of these turbines scattered like confetti. Just because you don’t have them in your backyard doesn’t mean tbey don’t impact the environment in ways we don’t know yet.
So… I suggest you get sunflowers and wheat. (Ukraine and Russia account for 30% of the global wheat exports market while China holds 1/2 of the global supply) and Ukraine has about 80% of the sunflower export market). The US has both and so does Canada, however we’re experiencing a drought where most of those crops are grown. The US is not a exporter of sunflowers, we use them here. For example, if I sell them, it would go to the bird seed company. There you go. Farming problems 101. The good part is the ag industry is resourceful. They’ll make it work. They’ll make what they have stretch. They’ll find a way, they always have. But it’s hard to harvest when your combine doesn’t have a tire. It’s hard to kill weeds without tillage blades or chemical.

        • Hence the name. Great comment. Sounds as if we’re well and truly fucked. But I’m sure the smarty pants in Brooklyn will figure out a more equitable and diverse way to grow food based on their lived experience. Imagine. Besides, farmers are white and don’t live on the coasts and in cities. Who needs ’em?

      • Wind farms, especially big ones, generate turbulence that can significantly alter air temperatures near the ground, say researchers.

I guess the government wants to find out what happens when you mess with the food supply.

Thanks for the farming resources! I’ve been trying to study up on this stuff the last year or so.

That is great information. I’ve planted myself a big vegetable garden in my backyard to try and offset some of the food costs. I don’t know how well that will work out, but at least I will learn things.

        • “I’ve planted myself a big vegetable garden in my backyard”

You already have plants in the ground? Oy! What (enviable!) hardiness zone are you in?

I’ve got 45 pepper & 20 spinach seeds started under the lights, with beau coup squarsh, tomatoes, lettuce, cukes, etc. in the On Deck circle.

          • I live in zone 9. It is 81 degrees out right now. To be fair, they have been planted for all of 4 days. The shift from winter to summer occurs nearly instantaneously here.

            • NP; zone 9…81°…ooomph…celsius (27.3°) isn’t as much of a gut punch.

And getting them in ONLY all of 4 days ago is piling on; five days ago here it bottomed out at 2°F/-17°C, BUT climbed to a balmy 23°F/-5°C that afternoon…with snow showers that night.

Just don’t tell me you merely reach out of a window to pick Avocadoes off’n a tree; that’d put me over the edge…short trip notwithstanding.

              Glass half full?

1st Garlic Shoots of the 2022 crop appeared yesterday, a day past the Ides of March rolling average; Global Warming…?

          • I can personally vouch for Paul’s exceptional garden, it’s awesome! Paul has a very talented green thumb. My thumb is brown and rapidly approaching black, it seems like I kill every vegetable plant I try to grow.

  2. There’s a certain type of professional whose business is all about persuasion. Marketers, PR flacks, and politicians are certainly in this category. Journalists didn’t use to be, but now they most certainly belong to the same club. Large segments of Academia now fall under that category. For these people, convincing others is what moves units, gets votes, gets investors, gets published, gets tenure – and that’s what pays the bills. When that’s the case, it’s easy to believe that perception creates reality, that if you persuade many people that something is true, that makes it true. After all, what could be closer to cold, hard reality than cold, hard cash?

So I see this theme come up again and again: watching a disaster unfold in slow motion, these are the people who insist the problem is messaging. They deny there’s any real problem that goes deeper than what people believe about the problem. Is inflation squeezing American families? Tell people it isn’t happening! Or that it’s good. Or that it’s someone else’s fault. There’s no need to be consistent, let alone actually address the underlying problem. Is the CDC losing credibility? Don’t worry about whether the CDC is acting in a trustworthy manner, just silence those who criticize the CDC!

People ask how so many could be deceived by a company promising magic blood testing technology they never demonstrate just because the CEO is a pretty young woman who imitates Steve Jobs. They wonder at how much money gets thrown at a couple dudebros claiming to organize a music festival with no apparent plan. They’re puzzled at how a woman can live a lavish lifestyle in NYC while never paying for anything, just because she claims to be a German heiress. I don’t wonder. There are certain subcultures that are simply saturated with bullsh*t. They are the subcultures where the professional persuaders are free to congregate with minimal adult supervision.

Jack wrote, “In a particularly nauseating insult to the public’s intelligence, it called on TikTok “social media influencers” to carry a message to young and squishy brains that the “influencers” don’t independently understand themselves. That Ellie Zieler above, the 18-year-old who is one of the White House’s prize propagandists.”

The interesting thing about these influencers is that those that follow and allow these people to influence them haven’t matured beyond their ignorant teenage years and I mean that literally. They still think that their “friends” wouldn’t lie to them therefore what they are being told by those “friends” is absolute fact and they actually consider these influencers to be their “friends”. We have a very serious problem with emotional childishness in our society, it’s a cancer.

I remember hearing this a long time ago, “when I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things”. There are far too many people in our society that have not put away childish things and, unfortunately for society, these childish adults are gaining political and social power.

The political left encourages and exploits emotional childishness and intentionally enables the proliferation of bonified lies and they do it for one reason, political power.

    • A childish mindset certainly seems to be invaluable if you wish to push a collectivist vision of society. The Left’s vision of individual rights hews remarkably close to the duties a parent owes a child: to be provided with food, shelter, safety, medical care, and education. Their view of the permissible restrictions on individual liberty again more closely resemble the rules a parent may put upon a child than the concessions necessary to respecting boundaries between co-equal adults.

  4. The boldness of this type of tactic is somewhat alarming. It’s been stated here before and it bears repeating…doesn’t it seem like something much bigger is going on?

    • I definitely get the feeling that something bigger is going on, but the contradictions in the apparent motivation of different policies, and the seeming inability of the media to tell a coherent story make it impossible to tell what is going on. I don’t think the media know what is going on, either. It may just be that the Biden administration is completely incompetent and confusing everyone. It’s possible the chaos is exactly what it looks like: incompetence and irrationality put into horrific practice.

      • No, this Lockstep has been carefully planned & calculated, esp over the last 40 yrs; The military was already infiltrated by Hitler’s left over scientists & evil minds absorbed into the CIA, working with Disney & entertainment to indoctrinate the population with favorable visions of war and hedonistic lawlessness; Bankers & the mob made sure no one rose to power who wasn’t compromised-Epstein & Israel’s Robert Maxwell had tapes of who is who with underage kids & worse; CIA/Freemasonry & Occult run throughout. William Cooper’s Behold a Pale Horse should have been essential education for business seeking to survive past Y2k. Fouci & Gates were instrumental in 10/2019’s “Event 201,” which layed out the plandemic, right down to CNN briefs.
“The Great Reset,” (Klaus Schwab), & Soros’s foundation built on Communism in Ed system with YGL to infiltrate world politics & your “influencers!” I try to tell friends why Google, the fit-bit & “shots” are part of Georgia Guidestone’s 10 Elite laws, but they’ve bought the koolaid. Proof of that at
I pray all these schemes are obliterated by patriots not afraid to unplug & revive worldwide Truth & ethics; Enough is Enough!

    • The Great Reset.
“As if the economic and governmental resets were not dramatic enough, the technological reset reads like a dystopian science fiction novel. It is based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution—or 4-IR for short. The first, second, and third industrial revolutions were the mechanical, electrical, and digital revolutions. The 4-IR marks the convergence of existing and emerging fields, including Big Data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, quantum computing, genetics, nanotechnology, and robotics. The foreseen result will be the merging of the physical, digital, and biological worlds, which presents a challenge to the ontologies by which we understand ourselves and the world, including the definition of a human being.

If already existing 4-IR developments are any indication of the future, then the claim that it will contribute to human happiness is false. These developments include Internet algorithms that feed users prescribed news and advertisements and downrank or exclude banned content; algorithms that censor social media content and consign “dangerous” individuals and organizations to digital gulags; “keyword warrants” based on search engine inputs; apps that track and trace COVID violations and report offenders to the police; robot police with scanners to identify and round up the unvaccinated and other dissidents; and smart cities where residents are digital entities to be monitored, surveilled, and recorded, and where data on their every move is collected, collated, stored, and attached to a digital identity and a social credit score. ”

The existing social/societal, governmental, cultural, economic, paradigm, must first be deconstructed and all the years of dumbing down/indoctrination via failing public schools, college/university, obsession with social media (screentime, isolation), censorship/cancel culture, MSM, Hollywood, facilitates the New World Order that replaces a society organized around the individual to the individual serving the State.

  5. There is a psychological diagnosis that applied to til tokers, instagramers, and this administration. They all suffer from affective immaturity.

  6. “…a particularly nauseating insult to the public’s intelligence…”
I’m not certain (and increasingly skeptical) that much of the public has enough intelligence -or emotional maturity- to be insulted. A great deal of the “popular culture” seems to pander to ignorance and immaturity, and we all know what’s downstream from culture.

    • Jim, wow. Once again I find myself amid like minds wondering how so many freefell into the great flu rebranding to pull off the lockdowns. The Elite now have the control & enough people terrified & vaxed worldwide that if these killshots do what is predicted along with drought, geo-engineering, & 5g, it’s going to take a miracle to avoid an apocalypse.
Look at prions, and the freaking “Zombie preparedness” -on CDC website. Sure it’s a joke. As much as our fearless leader is! How many of us ever imagined this reality? The rundown of the great reset is the perfect post to follow mine, it’s in correct, surreal dis-order. How am I going to plant my own farm??

  7. It is hardly surprising that TikTok is used to brainwash youthful minds. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media have dominated political communications for a few years now, and it was only a matter of time. What is alarming is the extent to which these censored media can influence even educated teens and twenty-somethings.
For better or worse, President Trump had the foresight to embrace and dominate these communication giants. How are conservatives doing battle today? Where are they on the digital air waves? And if they are being censored, why are Republicans not finding a way to force these public accommodation utility behemoths to adhere to the Constitution?

  8. Grandma Lisa, if social media censoring brainwashes only the younger kids who’s suffocating critical though, intuition, & intestinal fortitude out of the other age groups?
Inability to recognize illogical claims and avoid toxic media grifters & their poison ware created a void so deep, the “sin” of voting or speaking against the psychotically destructive narrative ranges from passive aggressive silent treatment, doxing, & character assassination to career destruction & rabid death threats from “the in crowd”- who happen to be well supported, & or wealthy.
This alarming trend is akin to the last supper of family members before they rose to kill each other in the Civil War.
    Alarming spot indeed!
