Pam Bondi Is Fired: Good! [Quote Fixed]

There is an ethics silver lining in this debacle that you can point out to your smug Trump Deranged friends when they say, “See?” President Trump has fired two unsatisfactory subordinates in powerful positions in less than two years in office. That’s what competent leaders do. (True, really competent leaders don’t place incompetents like Kristi Noem and Pam Bondi into powerful positions in at all, but still…). Joe Biden fired nobody at all, and had one of the most incompetent, unqualified Cabinets in Presidential history. That was because most of them weren’t selected based on their experience, talents and abilities, but rather based on their color, gender, sexual orientation or ethnicity. As long as those didn’t change—and they usually don’t—that was good enough for Joe.

In stark contrast to Trump dumping his basket of deplorable nominations, we were shown how horrible Biden’s permanent DEI nomination was yesterday, when Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s questions during the birthright citizenship oral argument had observers’ mouths in a rictus of horror. The consensus #1 head-scratcher was :

“I was thinking, I, a U.S. citizen am visiting Japan. And what it means is that if I steal someone’s wallet in Japan, the Japanese authorities can arrest me and prosecute me. It’s allegiance meaning can they control you as a matter of law. I can rely on them if my wallet is stolen to, under Japanese law, go and prosecute that person who had stolen it. So there’s this relationship, even though I’m just a temporary traveler, I’m just on vacation in Japan, I’m still locally owing allegiance in that sense.”

Rarrit!

Then she appealed to the authority of two men that she admitted she didn’t know why they were worth quoting: “A subsequent debate, between Fessenden and Wade…I’m not sure whether these are senators, I apologize.” (Yes, they were Senators.) At one point she asked, “How does this work? Are you suggesting that when a baby is born, people have to have documents determining a newborn child is a citizen of the United States?… Are we bringing in pregnant women for depositions?”

As we have discerned in previous cases, all that Justice Jackson cares about is protecting the Axis agenda, and thus will say whatever gibberish seems to support that mission at a given time. She can’t be fired, and judges can’t be impeached for incompetence.

U.S. Attorney Generals, however, are a different matter.

Thank God.

  1. When I saw that come over the crawl ~ two (2) hours ago, “Pam Bondi Is Fired: Good” immediately popped into my head as the title of your article.

    PWS

  2. The ‘buzz’ is that her botched handling of the Epstein files…”

It’s come to light that her allegedly tipping off “friend” Eric Swalwell to Christine FangGate was the final straw.

Bondi was friends with that POS???

    PWS

  3. The biggest reason why she is fired is her inability to bring any of the malfeasants responsible for the Russian collusion hoax to justice (Comey, Brennan, Clapper). Plus all the others dealing in lawfare (Laetitia James, Schiff). That is grating as Democrat politicians are already promising to prosecute anybody involved with the Trump administration.
