Rep. Gill’s Question To Rep. Pressley: More Than a “Gotcha!”

As with the impossibility of defining who would be eligible for fake “reparations,” which Democrats will apparently keep dangling in front of gullible blacks until this voting bloc slaps itself in its metaphorical forehead and says, “Wait a minute! This is never happening, and they know it!,” the Left’s self-serving inability to define what a woman is creates a immovable obstacle to the ERA. Today’s Democratic Party and the extreme ideology it has allowed to swallow it has no integrity. Examples have been raining down on us daily since 2016, as, for example, when…

  • the same party that condemned President Trump for “breaching democratic norms” breached too many to count, including two impeachments based on little but a majority of Democrats in the House,
  • …later, when Democrats screamed about an existential threat to democracy as they covered up a disabled, puppet Presidency being manipulated by un-elected apparatchiks, and
  • …avoided all traditional democratic procedures to run an unpopular and unqualified DEI hack for the White House, and more recently, when
  • …the same progressives who insisted that all women who accused men of sexual misconduct should be believed endorsed and defended Graham Platner, because they thought he had the best chance of flipping a Senate seat in Maine.

Gill’s question did more than reveal Pressley as an arrogant demagogue too shallow to avoid walking into a haymaker, and too slow not to have a better response to a question she should have anticipated. After all, those qualities have been blazingly evident since the dark day she entered Congress. Gill also exposed the hypocrisy and unseriousness of her party and its agenda. The sole goal is to achieve power, not consistency, fairness or even coherence, by any means necessary.

The Republicans now have so much damning evidence to enlighten voters during the mid-term campaigns, it would be almost inconceivable that the party could botch its opportunity, if we didn’t know the history of the party.

Addendum: Google’s AI bot, unsurprisingly, embraces Big Tech’s pro-Democrat bias. When I asked it to summarize the Pressley-Gill exchange, it stated that Gill’s question was an evasive attempt at “shifting the discussion toward national political debates regarding biological sex and gender identity.” Wrong: in legal terms, it was Pressley who “opened the door” and shifted the discussion.

Come to think of it, that AI dodge reveals one of the reasons Democrats may well prevail in November. Every one of the lies, smoking guns and hypocrisies will be spun, hidden, distorted or denied by the mainstream media and Big Tech.

      • I was going to transcribe it as “Suhmahvul” but then thought maybe you weren’t brought up to have the local accent. I tell Mrs. OB she must have enrolled herself in a Bhuhlitz class to shed hers. “Numbuhs” still trips her up most times.

  1. Those hallucinogen-fueled days are foggy, but I think Summerville is close to where I used to beg for money — the Porter Square station on the red line — to put myself through college. I think I might have graduated at some point, but I can’t remember. All I can remember clearly is eating ramen noodles in the basement of the station, and a passerby kindly putting a sheet of dried seaweed on top. At least I think it was seaweed. At least it smelled like seaweed. Maybe. Oh, dear… Anyway, great post!!!

      • The Clamshell restaurant on Mass ave. has a $2-$3 bowl of pasta. Emack & Bolio had an ice cream store nearby. Stereo Jack’s on Mass Ave. there (since sold and moved) was where the great Jack Wolker had his used record and CD shop for decades. I bought many CDs there. Jack had a late night jazz show on the radio as well. Far enough away from Harvard Square to feel like its own neighborhood. Fantastic neighborhood.

  2. Every time Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) opens her mouth to speak she proves to me that she is an anti-white racist and an anti-man bigot. She’s a moron for figuratively dropping her pants in public and fully exposing her racism, bigotry and complete lack of moral character.

    • From her wiki page:

Pressley has publicly recounted having been a survivor of a “near decade of childhood sexual abuse.” She has also publicly recounted surviving a sexual assault on the campus of Boston University while a student there.

        So?

I wonder if any of the individuals she has accused of childhood sexual abuse or sexual assault in college have ever had the chance to defend themselves or are these just unsupported claims she’s made to rationalize her brazen bigotry.

Let’s be honest; it’s not like anyone would ever make these kinds of claims if they weren’t completely true; right?

  3. A republic, not a democracy. I believe less participation by people who have no idea what they are talking about is better.

In a world where suffrage was not universal, Pressley never comes close to the levers of power. She is a complete disgrace. Enshrining child sacrifice into law and saying she has no definition of a woman? Ok.
