Why doesn’t the 80 year old put a statue up of he, his 3rd wife, Epstein, and Maxwell? It can mirror one of the many photos that we all have seen. He has been named 38k times in the first Epstein released files. Many redactions and millions still unreleased.”
- “It’s a Statue of Hitler he really wants.”
- “Trump is his own Albert Speer.”
- “Harlan Crow, again, along with bad-taste, Trump at the helm who plans to never leave the WH.”

At first I thought, “sure, bronze, no problem”. Then I noticed that Tom’s hands are fairly dark but his shirt is light. Then I realized in horror, this is Tom in Blackface or at the very least Brownface.
as 1 of the 3 people who visited the Albert Einstein monument in DC since July 1989 (yes, I dragged my parents in search of that monument that is expertly hidden in plain site, as I recall), artistic value of a statue appeared to be an irrelevant factor.

As *permanent* gifts, the next petty Democrat would have to *remove* statues of the founding fathers (not that the media would make an appropriately big deal out of it).
Don’t forget the addition of the statue of Columbus on the grounds. Not that it’s a bad statue, but it was definitely done as a thumb in the eye to Black lives matter. I’m not surprised about some of the replies, I’ve seen a lot of posts about the next Democratic president should commit to bulldozing the new ballroom.
Yet the White House honoring Columbus is completely appropriate. As is a thumb in BLM’s metaphorical eye.
