And worse yet, the endowment is not sufficient to hire and pay at a going wage, according to the workers, the staff needed to administer this horrific thing… it’s huge, and it’s in direct proportion to the paucity of his achievements….And then our first black president has stiffed hundreds of minority workers, and contractors are saying they haven’t been paid. Well, they haven’t been paid because he’s $200 or $300 million over budget, and he’s blaming minority contractors for the cost overruns….”
