More Trump Deranged Fake News From The Times..

Time’s up! The Times’ versions of “former allies and advisors”…

  • Marjorie Taylor Greene
  • Candace Owens
  • Alex Jones
  • Stephanie Grisham
  • Ty Cobb

The only one I missed was Grisham, because she’s a trivial figure whose opinion—on anything—is irrelevant. All of the others have been opposing Trump regularly for a long time, except Greene, who is, after all, an idiot. She turned on the President at the end of last year. The Times has essentially acknowledged that Greene is an idiot in the past, except that now she is needed to flesh out itsfake news. Alex Jones is a convicted liar who in a sane world would be scooping ice cream at Baskin Robbins. Candace Owens completely lost her mind years ago and is now spoting anti-Semitic conspiracy theories that would make Goebbels blush. I did expect to see Tucker Carlson on the list: the Times alluded to him (and Megyn Kelly) but did not say that he had advocated the 25th Amendment hoax.

Ah, Ty Cobb (the third)! He has been vocally bashing Trump, who was his client for a while, since that representation ended in Trump’s first term. I knowTy: we were in the same class at Harvard and the same “house,” and we have many mutual friends. He sends me birthday greetings on LinkedIn. Ty’s a nice guy, but his venom toward the President has to have deep personal roots to explain its intensity. In my opinion, it is unprofessional and arguably unethical for a lawyer to publicly attack a former client the way Ty has gone after Trump.

Grisham is a particularly desperate (and silly) authority for the Times to appeal to. In 2021, her tell-all book accused President Trump of being mean to his staff and making inappropriate remarks while painting herself as being trapped in a den of thieves and fools. She wrote that the the extended Trump family reminded a colleague of the ’60s sitcom “’The Beverly Hillbillies,’poised to flip the finger bowls.” Even the Times reviewer rated her book as little more than a petty score-settling exercise. But now the fact that this minor first term character wrote online last week that “[Trump’s] clearly not well” is supposed to be damning.

The paper is slipping. Its fake news used to be more persuasive.

Also claiming a 25th Amendment crisis, the article says, are perpetual Trump critics (and failed adversaries) Senator Chuck Schumer, Representative Hakeem Jeffries, Representative Ted Lieu of California)and Representative Jamie Raskin of Maryland. Wow, what a group of objective, unbiased, credible analysts!

The Times feature is literally fake news. Its shocking conclusion: people who have already made it clear that they hate Trump or are desperate to get even with him and want him stripped of power are eager to use recent events to justify stripping him of power….as they all were months and years ago anyway.
