But what about Zacharia?

Despite claiming she never held herself out as “an attorney” (as if calling herself a lawyer is any better), Zacharia shared a Fox News headline on X on April 26, 2025 that read “Only Democrats don’t want proof of citizenship in US elections, attorney says.” That “attorney” was Zacharia She shared the same headline six times on Truth Social that day, and again on May 14.

On August 23, 2025, she shared another Fox News headline describing her as an attorney, this time in a segment criticizing California Gov. Gavin Newsom. She reposted six One America News posts identifying her as “Attorney”: on May 14, 2026, two posts on June 4, another on June 17, and two posts on September 11. “I never came across as someone who was an attorney at law,” she says now. That’s funny: Fox News clearly thought she “came across” as an attorney.

See, Katie, a paid White House liar is only supposed to lie about the President and policy matters, not herself.

When reporters pressed the President regarding where his new press secretary’s lawyer status after the investigative newsletter Popular Information reported that she may never have taken it, Trump asked which state she had passed the exam in and Zacharia responded, “When I moved to China.” Now she says she misheard the question over the sound of Marine One and thought she was being asked where she went after law school. “I assumed the question was, ‘Where were you after law school?’” she told the paper.

Yeah. After all of her backtracking and double talk, I don’t believe her. Do you?

Campaign for Accountability, a “non-partisan” (that is, progressive) watch-dog group filed a complaint with the State Bar of California based on Zacharia misrepresenting her legal qualifications. Of course she did, but the state bar can’t discipline her because she’s not a lawyer.

She is, however, an incompetent, irresponsible, none-too-bright fool.

Another paid liar for the White House defended Katie saying she was “uniquely qualified and whip smart to help inform the American people about all the great things President Trump and his Administration have been doing.”

This is how these things become ethics train wrecks.
